Thanks for your help. I finally succeeded in loading the modules by getting the latest version of the tree (for some reason I had a 5 week-old one). However now I have trouble getting the firmware file loaded: May 26 00:44:58 pompei kernel: dvb-usb: found a 'DiBcom USB2.0 DVB-T reference design (MOD3000P)' in cold state, will try to load a firmware May 26 00:45:08 pompei kernel: dvb-usb: did not find the firmware file. (dvb-usb-dibusb-6.0.0.8.fw) Please see linux/Documentation/dvb/ for more details on firmware-problems. (-2) When in fact the dvb-usb-dibusb-6.0.0.8.fw file is located in /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware and hotplug is enabled in my kernel. Where should I put the firmware to have it loaded? _______________________________________________ linux-dvb@xxxxxxxxxxx http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/linux-dvb
