You must have a repository copy from this one hour window.
It isn't that simple ... web interface seems to be broken sometimes:
Right now I'd get manifest 772c46d46dd3 (although there are three newer versions).
It seems that you got that one (it's in the window Trent pointed out).
You're right, the web interface does not deliver the actual repository.
Wouldn't it be possible to offer a "latest stable" version via a web-interface ?
