Please consider generating all future v4l-dvb patches against the
v4l-dvb mercurial repository, located at http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb
A very similar patch was submitted by Trent Piepho eight days ago:

All patches must be generated against the mercurial repository,
otherwise we end up receiving duplicated patches like this one, or even
worse, maybe a regression.
