Hi, thx for the reply. Sorry to ask but I am a bit new to this.
I haven't used CVS and I am not sure about git kernel either.

I am not sure I know what to fetch and how to do it?
I see that it says that CVS gets replaced by mercurial
at http://www.linuxtv.org/repo/

Is it ok to follow the example about the mercurial approach?
It seems almost understandable to me - allthough I don't know where
these modules will land but I reckon that does not really matter?
