Not yet. It's not a hardware problem, because if I boot Knoppix 3.9 (Linux 2.6.11), then the "dst" module works OK:

DVB: registering new adapter (bttv0).
dst_check_ci: recognize DST-03T
DST type : satellite
DST type flags : 0x2 ts204 0x4 symdiv
DVB: registering frontend 0 (DST DVB-S)...


... so I'm not sure if the dst module is broken in 2.6.15 or if Fedora broke it.

	Here's the output of "dst verbose=4" on Fedora Core 5:
