oopsy doopsy :)

missed that, fixed in my tree. also added PSK_16.

i had a big discussion with andreas oberitter on that topic. took him in cc now, 
so he maybe is going to explain it for the ml readers, why same ioctl numbers
on different architectures may fail.

andreas? can you explain this again?
