This card has a SAA7130 and a Philips SU1278/SHA tuner with a STV0299B. lspci -xv says: 0000:00:11.0 Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7130 Video Broadcast Decoder (rev 01) Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 64, IRQ 11 Memory at fecff800 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=1K] Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 1 00: 31 11 30 71 06 00 90 02 01 00 80 04 00 40 00 00 10: 00 f8 cf fe 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 20: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ff ff ff ff 30: 00 00 00 00 40 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 0b 01 ff ff lscpi -vn says: 0000:00:11.0 0480: 1131:7130 (rev 01) Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 64, IRQ 11 Memory at fecffc00 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=1K] Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 1 If i load the saa7134_dvb kernel module i got this message in the logs: Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130/34: v4l2 driver version 0.2.14 loaded Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:13.0[A] -> Link [LNKA] -> GSI 11 (level, low) -> IRQ 11 Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: quirk: PCIPCI_NATOMA Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: found at 0000:00:13.0, rev: 1, irq: 11, latency: 64, mmio: 0xfecff800 Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: subsystem: ffff:ffff, board: UNKNOWN/GENERIC [card=0,autodetected] Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: board init: gpio is 0 Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: i2c eeprom 00: ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: i2c eeprom 10: ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: i2c eeprom 20: ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: i2c eeprom 30: ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: i2c eeprom 40: ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: i2c eeprom 50: ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: i2c eeprom 60: ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: i2c eeprom 70: ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: registered device video1 [v4l2] Feb 18 16:28:55 vdr kernel: saa7130[0]: registered device vbi0 I found nothing valuable at the internet, so my question is: how can i get this card to run with linux? The card is not known yet. The well known Techotrend cards use a different PCI bridge, the SAA7146. There is DVB support for the SAA713x line, but your frontened is not yet in. Somebody has to do this work. Best regards Hartmut _______________________________________________ linux-dvb@xxxxxxxxxxx http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/linux-dvb
