This device is not yet supported by the vanilla kernels.  The patch has 
already gone upstream to Linux Kernel 2.6.15, which should be released 
before the end of the year.

In order to install the driver on YOUR machine, without the need to 
compile the 2.6.15 kernel, you can install the new drivers from v4l-dvb cvs:
