Hi Ralf,

That will not work. The latest version of v4l-dvb already has the patch 
applied. Try checking out the v4l-dvb source and build it from that.

cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvs/linuxtv login
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvs/linuxtv co v4l-dvb
