The stuff which is in 1.1.0 is also "stable" (i.e. usable)
in CVS. The new stuff in CVS (lib/*, libs/*, util/ca_zap/)
is most probably not usable, to be honest I don't know in
state this stuff is. If I'd do a new dvb-apps release now
I would exclude it.
