Ah, that may have fooled me when I tried this the other day.

So now I've tried again, explicitly switching transponders after
changing the srate, and I have no sound at all with 5630, and
a choppy sound with 5632.

As Johannes has stated, this may be because the signal here at
my location isn't that strong.

Looks like the NIT on this transponder is faulty...
