Instead i've written a script that reverts out the minor changes made to my drivers that stop the CVS tip from compiling against older 2.6 kernels. See thread "HOW TO: Building dvb-kernel (HEAD) for kernels < 2.6.14" if you're interested. The bug fixes in the CVS tip have indeed solved my problem. Cheers, Steve
