Yes. With basic attenuation tests with QAM16/64, the 3000 is almost 
impossible to beat - that's from memory. When looking at performance, 
you have to factor in the tuner and possible LNA. The '702 isn't a bad 
product, it's ok.

No, the current drivers will not work. This will have to be resolved.
