[linux-dvb] Problem with Avermedia 771 : IRQ lockup

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi all,

I'm using :
- a PCI Avermdia DVB-T 771 card with an Asus Pundit-R.
- the DVB drivers from kernel 2.6.13.2. The card seems to be well
detected (modprobe mt352, modprobe dvb-bt8xx) :

I'm using mplayer as a viewer but the card does not work (currupted
image and no sound). When I stop mplayer and restart it, it gives

After that, mplayer and the kernel send the same message. I have to
reload the modules to obtain (again) a corrupted image ...

The same type of problem is described in an old message
http://www.pvrguide.no-ip.com/bbs-old/viewtopic.php?t=26618&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

but don't give any solution.

Is this problem related to the hardware, the modules or the kernel version ?

Any idea ?

Thanks in advance for any help,
