Hi, I did more analysis by measuring various signals on the card. I found out, that the card does not use the LNBP13SP's built in tone generator (ENT grounded) but feeds this signal available from the STV0299B to the external modulation input of the LNBP13 via a RC-Network. T saw this signal on the source (STV0299) side of the coupling capacitor, but not on the LNBP's pin to which this capacitor ist connected. There, only a 0.2VDC voltage could be measured. Maybe the LNBP13SP does not working well - or the coupling capacitor has a problem. I will communicate this to the card supplier. Maybe its really a hardware problem on the card. J.
