Howdy, Followed your instructions but found I couldn't get it to load the modules with my 2.6.11 kernel, moved to 2.6.12 and that worked fine. Had to specify the card as card=70 which isn't a problem, loaded MythTV and it recognised the card, was able to scan and pick up the channels fine. Sound and Picture are good quality also, I can't fault it :) Is there anything specific you wanted to tested at all? I'd be keen to get the remote working, what would be involved in that? In addition it doesn't multiply the extracted value by 1000 to match the division by 1000 that dst_set_freq does when setting the frequency. All this seems to match up with the resut being off by a factor of 256000 on my DVB-T card. The attached patch corrects both issues and seems to resolve the problem on my system. Especially the support for the DVB-T200 is very preliminary. For the same reason, i can't implement the remote control - i have no means to test. For the Compro 300 and for the EUROPA board, you need an update of the tda1004x driver, otherwise analog tv will not work. To get it up, please do the following: - get CVS snapshots of video4linux and dvb-kernel from www.linuxtv.org - cd to video4linux and run scripts/merge-trees.sh - check the Make.config file - run make, make install - do "modprobe saa7134 oss=1" - do "modprobe saa7134-dvb" You will need at least kernel 2.6.11. For the DVB-T200, you will also need firmware. Please check the Documentation/dvb directory in the kernel source how to obtain and install it. Thanks for the advice... I've already fixed the problem by ignoring FBUS & FDSR errors & adding resync... (Thank's to Manu's suggestion) Now it works very well - even better than it's cx88-based 'Gold' counterpart. Only bug left is the problem where no TS data comes through after using the analog tuner, but I think I know how to fix that in bttv-cards.c ... Mac has given some feedback about this issue as well, and I don't think it will be too difficult to fix. It looks like some GPIO gets written where it shouldn't, and I think all I should need to do is mask it. Today's not the day though... I have that card all set up in a machine that will be recording 2 hour's worth of PRISON BREAK on Fox, starting any minute... Maybe later on tonight, if I have the energy... -- Michael Krufky ------------------------------ _______________________________________________ linux-dvb@xxxxxxxxxxx http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/linux-dvb End of linux-dvb Digest, Vol 8, Issue 33 ****************************************
