Hi,

I've got one of the old Nova-T cards with the TDA10045 chip and
I've just upgraded my system that I built a couple of years ago - from
kernel from 2.4.25 to 2.6.13-gentoo. Something I've noticed is that when
I do:

dvbstream -f 722166667 -o -ps 600 601 > ./bbc1

it tunes in and records BBC1 for me, but if I do:

dvbtune -f 722166667
dvbstream -o -ps 600 601 > ./bbc1

then the dvbtune works fine, but I don't get any data from
dvbstream - it's like it's un-tuned itself when dvbtune exits.

this worked fine on my old kernel, is this some change in the
behaviour of the drivers or is it a problem with my set up? I'm also
using the latest firmware now (217g) rather than 216a in the 2.4 system.
