[linux-dvb] Compro VideoMate DVB-T200

Hi, Andy

I spent some effort on this card together with Patrick Froede. The card is modeled
after the Philips TOUGH reference design but uses a different tuner slave address.
That's why it doesn't work. I will add support for this card the next days.
