Tested on both FusionHDTV5 Gold and FusionHDTV3 Gold-T ... QAM 
functionality is *MUCH* better with this new version of lgdt330x.  Great 
stuff :-)

Due to successfull testing, I have applied this to cvs.  If you wish to 
include your sign-off, please let me know, and I will alter the 
Changelog in video4linux cvs.
