Opps, messed up the to field in the above reply.

Ok, this works fine with 2.6.7.

Now it works with 2.6.11.10 using the dvb drivers from
the kernel !!!.

The only things that I think I've changed are:

1) I've copied the old firmware file "tda1004x.bin"
into /lib/firmware -- needed to get the 2.6.7 driver
working.

2) I am using the in-kernel drivers, not the ones from
CVS.

3) I built the AV7110 firmware into the driver.

I noticed there was some driver re-structing, is it
the case now that the AV7110 firmware is the one to
use for the nova-t, not the tda1004x one ?

for anyone having problems with this, heres a list of
modules I inserted (I have them inserted from script
file currently)

i2c_dev
i2c_algo_bit
evdev
videodev
dvb-core
saa7146
saa7146_vv
budget
budget-ci
tda1004x

Now on to setting up either VDR or Freevo :-))

Cheers,
Ben Farrell
