Did you compile the driver into the kernel?

Did you unplug the device, while having tzap or any other dvb application 
running?

Can you please try to unload the dvb-usb-dtt200u, before shutting down you 
system?

This is a remote control query. actually the "work" should be canceled. 
When the driver is unloaded.
