Any update on stv0297 working with qam128? I would like to switch to using DVB-C, but alas last time I tried with 2.6.10 kernel I couldn't get anything yet to my tv. All channels in Turku/Finland area are qam 128, so it's pretty quiet viewing. I'm currently running with my Technotrend DVB-T FF card and an indoor aerial, but it's not that good as the cable could give me... :/ I have the Technotrend/Hauppauge WinTV Nexus-CA rev1.X I have though ordered the http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Supported_DVB_cards#Hauppauge.2FTT_DVB-C_premium_rev2.1 as I have understood that it doesn't have problems with qam128. I would just like to get my other card to work too. :) -Jukka On Sun, Mar 06, 2005 at 01:47:12AM +0100, Johan Kihlstr?m wrote: > Nico Sabbi wrote: > > >Johan Kihlstr?m wrote: > > > >>Hello, > >> > >>I'm trying to make my TTC2300 work with linux and have achieved some > >>success so far (I think?) > >>as my messages from dmesg and czap below shows. > >> > >>But after that things ground to a halt, I cannot get an image to > >>display no matter what... > >> > >>Downloaded & compiled dvbstream 0.6 and got this when trying to grab > >>a previously czapped channel > >> > >>dvb:~/dvbstream/dvbstream# ./dvbstream -f 378000000 -s 6875000 -qam > >>64 -v 4386 -a 1074 | mplayer - > > > > > > > >-s 6875 > > > > -- Jukka Palko jpalko@xxxxxxxx Postmaster jpalko@xxxxxx Vapaa Internet Ry +358-(0)50-4876931 "Only if you want to, will you find a way..." -- Enya
