I have e-mailed someone about this, and it appears to be fixed today.
Yesterday the NIT on channel 27 (522MHz) was:

NIT version 7 for actual network 12289 (0x3001):
section number 0, last section number 0
Network Descriptors:
network name: DVB-T Berlin/Brandenburg
Transport Stream Loops:
Transport Descriptors for 8468:257
service list descriptor:
terrestrial delivery system:
frequency = 192000000 Hz, bandwidth = 7 MHz, constellation = 16-QAM
hierarchy = none, HP_code_rate = 2/3, LP_code_rate = 1/2
guard_interval = 1/8, transmission_mode = 8k, other_frequency = no
Transport Descriptors for 8468:258
service list descriptor:
SID = 14, type = digital television service
SID = 11, type = digital television service
SID = 12, type = digital television service
SID = 13, type = digital television service
terrestrial delivery system:
frequency = 522000000 Hz, bandwidth = 8 MHz, constellation = 16-QAM
hierarchy = none, HP_code_rate = 2/3, LP_code_rate = 2/3
guard_interval = 1/8, transmission_mode = 8k, other_frequency = no

And today it is:

NIT version 7 for actual network 12289 (0x3001)
section number 0, last section number 0
Network Descriptors:
network name: DVB-T Berlin/Brandenburg
Transport Stream Loops:
Transport Descriptors for 8468:258
service list descriptor:
SID = 14, type = digital television service
SID = 11, type = digital television service
SID = 12, type = digital television service
SID = 13, type = digital television service
terrestrial delivery system:
frequency = 522000000 Hz, bandwidth = 8 MHz, constellation = 16-QAM
hierarchy = none, HP_code_rate = 2/3, LP_code_rate = 2/3
guard_interval = 1/8, transmission_mode = 8k, other_frequency = no
Transport Descriptors for 8468:257
service list descriptor:
terrestrial delivery system:
frequency = 191500000 Hz, bandwidth = 7 MHz, constellation = 16-QAM
hierarchy = none, HP_code_rate = 2/3, LP_code_rate = 1/2
guard_interval = 1/8, transmission_mode = 8k, other_frequency = no

So please try dvbscan again today with the initial transponder list.

Regards,
