Renamed enum and its members
* ultra_chipset_feature to visor_chipset_feature
* ULTRA_CHIPSET_FEATURE_REPLY to VISOR_CHIPSET_FEATURE_REPLY
* ULTRA_CHIPSET_FEATURE_PARA_HOTPLUG to
		VISOR_CHIPSET_FEATURE_PARA_HOTPLUG
