[PATCH 3/3] staging: ccree: resolve possible macro issue in cc_hal.h

Wrapping "offset" in macro definition to resolve checkpatch issue, ie:
CHECK: Macro argument 'offset' may be better as '(offset)' to avoid
precedence issues
