[PATCH v2] staging: speakup: Remove the explicit NULL comparison

Fixed coding style for null comparisons in speakup driver to be more
consistant with the rest of the kernel coding style.
Replaced 'x != NULL' with 'x' and 'x = NULL' with '!x'.
