[PATCH] Staging: fbtft: Fix checkpatch warning

This patch fixes the checkpatch.pl warning:

EXPORT_SYMBOL(foo); should immediately follow its function/variable.

The EXPORT_SYMBOL statements are placed inside if blocks, after both function implementations.
