This patch fixes the following checkpatch.pl warnings:

WARNING: Block comments use * on subsequent lines
+	/* TX_PE will reserve 3 us for MAX2829 A mode only,
+	   it is for better TX throughput */

WARNING: Block comments use a trailing */ on a separate line
+	   it is for better TX throughput */
