[PATCH 1/3] staging: dgnc: remove parenthesis around the CONST |

remove parenthesis around the CONST | CONST.
It will be also fixed checkpatch.pl warning about
"Alignment should match open parenthesis" becasue
parenthesis were removed by this patch.
