From: Easwar Hariharan <easwar.hariharan@xxxxxxxxx> The ASIC registers were not reset on FLR, and the code to protect the ASIC block against multiple initializations by peer HFIs did not extend to multiple ASICs in a system. This patch addresses this gap.
