[PATCH 06/14] staging: comedi: dt3000: tidy up remaining defines

Move the remaining defines and prefix them with 'DPR_' for consistency.

Define a macro to set the analog input trigger bits to fix the
checkpatch.pl issues about:

CHECK: spaces preferred around that '<<' (ctx:VxV)
CHECK: Prefer using the BIT macro
