[PATCH] staging: comedi: fl512: usleep_range is preferred over udelay

Fix checkpatch.pl issue:

CHECK: usleep_range is preferred over udelay; see
       Documentation/timers/timers-howto.txt

Replace the udelay() with usleep_range() with a reasonable upper limit.
