[PATCH 1/6] Staging: rtl8712: rtl871x_xmit.h: Coding style warnings fix for block comments

This patch is to the rtl871x_xmit.h file that fixes up following
warnings generated by checkpatch.pl :

-Block comments use a trailing */ on a separate line
