[PATCH 154/192] staging: rtl8192e: Rename dm_CheckRfCtrlGPIO

Use naming schema found in other rtlwifi devices.
Rename dm_CheckRfCtrlGPIO to _rtl92e_dm_check_rf_ctrl_gpio.
