[PATCH 081/192] staging: rtl8192e: Rename rtl8192_TranslateRxSignalStuff

Use naming schema found in other rtlwifi devices.
Rename rtl8192_TranslateRxSignalStuff to _rtl92e_translate_rx_signal_stats.
