[PATCH 1/8] staging: wilc1000: remove define WILC_AP_EXTERNAL_MLME and ifdef line

This driver use WILC_AP_EXTERNAL_MLME define always. Delete define
WILC_AP_EXTERNAL_MLME and ifdef line.
