[PATCH 25/30] staging: wilc1000: rename WILC_WFI_cancel_remain_on_channel

This patch replaces WILC_WFI_cancel_remain_on_channel with
wilc_cfg80211_cancel_remain_on_channel to avoid CamelCase.
