[PATCH 2/6] fix android/lowmemorykiller.c several coding style issues

Corrections based on checkpatch.pl with --strict
1) Prefer kernel type 'u32' over 'uint32_t'
2) Please use a blank line after function/struct/union/enum declarations
3) Alignment should match open parenthesis
