[PATCH 7/9] staging: comedi: usbduxfast: remove (*do_cmd) MAX_SAMPLING_PERIOD check

The (*do_cmdtest) properly checks the MAX_SAMPLE_PERIOD. Remove the
redundant check in the (*do_cmd).
