[PATCH v2 1/4] staging: comedi: usbduxsigma: add missing spaces

Add some missing space to quiet the checkpatch.pl issues about:

CHECK: spaces preferred around that '/' (ctx:VxV)
CHECK: spaces preferred around that '+' (ctx:VxV)
CHECK: spaces preferred around that '*' (ctx:VxV)
CHECK: spaces preferred around that '-' (ctx:VxV)
