I know this is no a good reason but I was being cautious with introducing
a larger patch into the kernel. Although, seeing how both you and Dan
Carpenter feel that it should not be in staging but instead in the "real"
part of the kernel, I will make the modifications according to Dan's
suggestions and resubmit.
