[PATCH 56/69] staging: unisys: fix CamelCase in putfile-related globals

Fix the CamelCase global names:

Putfile_buffer_list_pool => putfile_buffer_list_pool
Putfile_buffer_list_pool_name => putfile_buffer_list_pool_name
Putfile_request_list => putfile_request_list

Update all references to use the corrected names.
