[PATCH 63/69] staging: unisys: fix CamelCase parameter msgHdr in controlvm functions

Fix the CamelCase parameter name

msgHdr => msg_hdr

In all of the controlvm functions in visorchipset_main.c. Update all references
to use the corrected name.
