[PATCH 33/69] staging: unisys: fix CamelCase params in responder functions

Fix the CamelCase parameter names in the set of responder functions:

cmdId => cmd_id
busNo => bus_no
devNo => dev_no
responseState => response_state

Update all references to use the fixed names.
