[PATCH 5/6] staging: comedi: ni_labpc_common: use DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST to round divisor values

Use the DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST macro to clarify the (((x) + ((divisor) / 2)) / (divisor))
calculations.
