[PATCH 46/71] staging: unisys: controlvm camel cases

Changed the camel case of msgHdr for the static voids of
controlvm_respond, controlvm_init_response, cnotrolvm_respond_-
chipset_init, & controlvm_respond_physdev_changestate
msgHdr => msghdr
