[PATCH 05/91] staging: unisys: fix typedef for VMCALL_MONITOR_INTERFACE_METHOD_TUPLE

Get rid of the typedef for VMCALL_MONITOR_INTERFACE_METHOD_TUPLE in
favor of enum vmcall_monitor_interface_method_tuple.
