[PATCH 18/34] staging: comedi: addi_apci_1500: remove boardinfo

The hardware does not have an eeprom so the 's_EeParameters' use is not
necessary. Remove it.

Since the boardinfo only has one entry its not really necessary. Remove
it and initialize the subdevices directly.
