Clean up CamelCase names:
busNo => bus_no
deviceCount => device_count
guestHandle => guest_handle
recvBusInterruptHandle => recv_bus_irq_handle
busInstGuid => inst_uuid
pBusChannel => bus_channel
busChannelBytes => bus_channel_bytes
partitionName => partition_name
localVnic => local_vnic
