Fix as many checkpatch.pl strict warnings and checks as possible in uisutils.h, as well as correcting references to renamed variables, structures, and functions. The remaining warnings are because of camel-cased members in structures defined by other files. These will be corrected in subsequent patches when those structures are corrected.
